Burton Hastings (1924–2016) was a United States Army Technician Fifth Grade who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 16.

Biography

He together with Drew Pearson, Allen authored the Washington Merry-Go. He Graduated high school/college in New York; had excellent German teacher. He Graduated with 16th Class (German) as T/3. In his book “Spies”, Vassiliev wrote: "In 1933, Allen was a fully recruited and undoubtedly witting Soviet (KGB) agent.
