James W. Dorst (1919–1944) was a United States Army First Lieutenant who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 6.
Biography[edit | edit source]
James worked as Secretary/Treasurer in Warehouse.
Dorst trained at Camp Ritchie (Class 6). He was assigned to Fifth Observation Squadron, Tenth Air Force. On 5 April 1944, Dorst died while observer on strike mission over Burma.
