Thomas E. Norpell (1920–2014) was a United States Army Captain who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 31.

Biography[edit | edit source]

In 1937, Thomas graduated high school in Newark, OH.

In 1941, Norpell graduated Denison University (BA). In 1942, He graduated Tufts University (MA).

In 1948, Norpell graduated University of Michigan (JD with distinction). In 1957, He retired from USMC Reserves with rank of Major. Norpell returned to New Zealand to prepare for attack on Saipan and Guam.
