Jack A. Caminer (1922–2002) was a United States Army Private who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 11. Jack enlisted at New York City, New York.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Jack graduated from School of Optics, Brooklyn, NY. He was born on November 28, 1922 in Berlin where his father was the attorney for a Jewish bank. He worked as general clerk; Ground and polished lenses. He in 1945 he returned to Germany as a soldier in the American army and participated in the liberation of the Ohrdruf concentration camp. He hermann's sister who was married to a Christian survived in Berlin. He shortly after returning home he married Frances Hoytash.
