William J. Hood (1920–2013) was a United States Army Technical Sergeant who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 13. William enlisted at Portland, Maine.

Hood trained at Camp Ritchie (Class 13). In February 1945, he t/Sgt Hood was placed in charge of the Swiss Desk at OSS, but. On 30 June 1945, Hood proposed Citation for Unit Commander’s Certificate of Merit.
