Oscar J. Kritzer (1914–2000) was a United States Army Private First Class who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 17. Oscar enlisted at New York City, New York.

In June 1943, he attended ASTP Student at Boston University as Pfc. Worked as correspondent for Reuters and Associated Press (general news reporter with special columns on foreign affairs).
