Helene R. Stoumen (1916–1992) was a Women's Army Corps (WAC) Captain in the United States Army associated with Camp Ritchie, Maryland.

Helene R. Stoumen was born in 1916 (United States). Stoumen held the rank of Captain. Duty notes include Theater Mgr; Class 1 Jap Sub. She was at the Military Intelligence Training Center by 12 April 1944. She died in 1992.
