Travis Allen Gerrells was born on 4 September 1916 in Texas. He entered the U.S. Army on 25 November 1940 and trained at [[Camp Ritchie]], Maryland, in [[:Category:Class 6|Class 6]]. A 1945 family photograph places him at Camp Ritchie with his wife Bonnie and their child.

Travis Allen Gerrells was born on 4 September 1916 in Texas. He entered the U.S. Army on 25 November 1940 and trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 6. A 1945 family photograph places him at Camp Ritchie with his wife Bonnie and their child.
