Hermann Coquelin (1911–1993) was a Ritchie Boy who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland in Class 8 and served with IPW Team 1, attached to the 101st Airborne Division (VIII Corps) on 11 February 1944.
Biography edit
Hermann was a Brazilian-born Catholic Ritchie Boy who trained at Camp Ritchie in Class 8. He served on IPW Team 1. On 11 February 1944, IPW Team 1 was attached to the 101st Airborne Division (VIII Corps). Teammates included Joseph C. Pangerl Jr., Alphonse Francis Gion, Emil H. Koslan, Frederick C. Patheiger, and George Goldberg.
