Emil H. Koslan (1917–1955) was a Ritchie Boy who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland in Class 4 and served with IPW Team 1, attached to the 101st Airborne Division (VIII Corps) on 11 February 1944.

Emil was a U.S.-born Protestant Ritchie Boy who trained at Camp Ritchie in Class 4. He served on IPW Team 1. On 11 February 1944, IPW Team 1 was attached to the 101st Airborne Division (VIII Corps). Teammates included Joseph C. Pangerl Jr., Alphonse Francis Gion, Hermann Coquelin, Frederick C. Patheiger, and George Goldberg.
