Hobart H. Sorensen (1916–2000) was a United States Army Second Lieutenant who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 4.

Hobart has also taught at Coalinga College in California and at Ojai, California. He attended Degrees have been granted him by the University of Iowa and Columbia University.
